It is for the Tailgater antenna and is used to alert if the antenna is disconnected. It connects between the portable satellite antenna and receiver. This is powered from the receiver and measures 3-1/2 inch length x 2 inch width x 1-1/2 inch height. It includes a short flexible coax cable and alarm sticker to put on the Tailgater.
