It mounts to trailer tongue and holds 2 inch receiver bike rack. It supports up to 100 lb weight capacity. Steel bike rack adapter includes 2 frame pockets, 4 back plates, 2 posts, bracket, 2 end caps, 4 set screws, cross tube and bolts and nuts. Bike rack is not included. A raised receiver on the "A" frame is the perfect place to put your bikes.
