Black shield mounts to coach permanently. The Rock Solid's design allows air to flow through the vented flaps, but sturdy enough to stop rocks or small road debris. The motor home model attaches permanently to the coach while the truck/SUV model mounts to a two Inch receiver hitch & is easily removable.
